Veolia offers a variety of services in relation to Pipeline Rehabilitation. These include:

Pipe Lining

  • Our UV structural pipe relining system is capable of lining round and ovi-form pipelines in diameters ranging from 150mm to 1050mm. Relying on UV light to cure the pipe, this form of pipeline rehabilitation is efficient, economical and environmentally responsible.
  • Due to its unique GRP wall construction, ourPipeline Rehabilitation system provides a true structural solution for gravity pipelines with proven physical and long term Pipeline Rehabilitation properties.

Pipebursting

    • Pipebursting involves replacement of an existing conduit, by pneumatic or hydraulic means, with a new pipe of the existing or larger diameter, with minimal excavation required.
    • Excavation of connection points allows for the total replacement of the junction and house service connection, with standard fittings giving the assurance that the rehabilitated structure is restored to “as new”.

Robotic Repair

  • Robotic rehabilitation and repair of pipelines is particularly effective where digging up is not an option. Veolia’s robotic systems are capable of performing internal pipeline rehabilitation and repair in pipes with diameters of 150mm- 180mm.
  • This robotic equipment has a wide range of uses, such as junction re-opening, junction sealing, capping-off, unwanted inlets, removal of obstructions, grinding of protrusions and repair of cracks by injection of structural epoxies.
