High Pressure Water Jetting

Veolia Environmental Services has the largest high & ultra high pressure water jetting equipment available in Australia, with said equipment ranging in horsepower, from 70 HP to 750 HP.
As part of Veolia’s commitment to quality water jetting services, Veolia uses only high quality, industry leading, positive displacement pumps. A wide range of high pressure/volume, water jetting and industrial cleaning combinations can be obtained and controlled by our experienced operators to ensure the most efficient cleaning speed is delivered.
Veolia Environmental Services Industrial Services has invested in state-of-the-art cleaning attachments to carry out industrial cleaning and high pressure water jetting, ranging from spinning nozzles, rotary multi-jet head pipe cleaning attachments, tank cleaning heads, floor cleaners and automatic internal and external exchanger tube bundle cleaners. We are experts in applying the correct specialised tooling, job-matched nozzles and lances, automated equipment, chemical additives, abrasives and the exact pressure and volume to get the job done quickly and safely.

Cold Cutting

Abrasive, ultra-high pressure water jetting is suitable for effectively cutting a range of materials used in industry. The range of materials ranges from alloyed construction materials to steels, concrete and reinforced concrete, and also including high-strength ceramics and composites. The high pressure water jetting cutting process is specific and selective, it has no vibrations, creates no dust, vapour, gas, slag, thermal or mechanical stress, and can be automated. Suitable operating systems, for hazardous area operations are available with hazardous area rated UHP pump units.
Robotic Technology
The auto-tube cleaning method applies modern robotics technology to the task of industrial tube cleaning. The robotic technology allows for full automation of the once manual process of cleaning heat exchangers and condenser bundles whilst also recovering all effluent and wastewater materials, which in turn greatly reduces the risk of environmental pollution. Robotic high pressure water jetting also greatly reduces the risks of injury to operations personnel. All operations personnel are also accredited with the Australian High Pressure Water Jetting Association Operator Training Course.
Concrete Cutting Applications
High and ultra high pressure water jetting applications can be utilised to partially remove deteriorated concrete and expose corroded reinforcement bars, roughen concrete surfaces, rake out joints, widen cracks for refilling, remove coatings and residues and selectively cold cut without adversely influencing surface structure or the mechanical properties of the parts and materials treated.
