Apprentice Diesel Mechanic 

Location: Keysborough, VIC

Veolia Environmental Services has an exciting opportunity to kick start your mechanical career as a first year apprentice diesel mechanic to work within the largest and most modern of our state Workshops.  You will work within a close team environment and be given the support and training you require to excel within your new chosen field.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Maintenance and repairs
• Ensuring all vehices work to maximum efficiency and in a safe, environmentally sound manner in line with regulatory and VES requirements
• Attending regular scheduled training through the tertiary apprentice training provider, obtaining results that reflect your level of commitment to your new role
• Show a strong commitment to occupational health and safety requirements within the workshop environment   
• Understanding and supporting Veolia Environmental Services' commitment to meeting/exceeding customer expectations and continual improvement

In return for above industry/award apprentice wages, you will be keen to learn, hard working and have the ability to work within a close team environment.  As this is a first year apprentice position no previous experience is necessary but you will be a driven and motivated individual.
